Nandita Chander is senior human resources professional, with an experience of 30 years in the field of Human Recourses Management as well as Executive Search. Post a Masters degree from DU's, St Stephen’s College; she began her career in Human Resources with a leading IT education & software organization. Post a long innings in H R management, Nandita transitioned to Executive Search with a Mumbai based firm, Proactive Consultants & was heading their Delhi operations. In 2007,Nandita started her own firm, Nexo Consult, it specializes in senior management level executive search. Leapfrogging her socio-entrepreneurial endeavours & having merged Nexo Consult's business, she is now a part of Iris Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd, leading the Talent Acquisition vertical as its Chief Business Officer.
