NOW is the time. From grassroots activism to worldwide action, we are entering an excitingperiod of history where the
world understands the core importance of balance. At IRIS-Corp, we’re happy to get involved and do our part by
acknowledging the women’s contributions, and all that they do and bring to the table every single day!
On this women’s day, we played a game called ‘Name the dame’. This game challenged theplayers to identify influential
women from history. For the game, our HR split the teams intogroups, and they gave questions in a puzzle form to solve.
The HR gave a few of the puzzles with a clue and each group was given 2 minutes to answer thepuzzle, if the group was
not able to answer then the puzzle was transferred to another group. Mobile Phones or Laptops were restricted during the
Game Session.

This game was knowledge enhancing and each group member participated in the gameenthusiastically.
