IRIS Staffing Solutions Private Limited (IRIS Staffing), a wholly owned subsidiary of IRIS-Corp, provides contractual and/or temporary staffing services to corporate clients. It renders PAN India employee leasing solutions and services to large, medium, and small businesses.
IRIS Staffing works across various industries and all verticals to fulfill staffing needs of leading businesses in BFSI, FMCG and Consumer products, Retail, Telecom, IT, BPO and ITES, Automobiles, Services, Manufacturing, Engineering to name a few.
At IRIS Staffing, we proactively engage with clients for their hiring needs and onboard selected resources on our payroll, thus, handling all associated payroll services. We also offer our clients the choice of placing identified resources on our payroll. IRIS Staffing takes complete responsibility of HR administration, statutory employee benefits, and legal compliance for outsourced employees.
