On September 20th, 2024, Iris-Corporate successfully conducted a Prevention of
Sexual Harassment (POSH) Awareness Campaign, reinforcing our commitment to a
safe and respectful workplace. The initiative aimed to educate employees about their
rights and responsibilities under the POSH Act, ensuring a harassment-free
environment.

As families around the world began to stay at home and staying inside, an online trend emerged. All the employees of IRIS-Corp marked the International Yoga Day on 21st June 2020 as they joined virtually through video conferencing platform.
The objective of joining through video conferencing was to rejuvenate the joy of oneness and to promote
Physical Fitness, Positive Mental Health, and to enable every team-member the employees to boost his/her
immunity

We organized an exciting and rejuvenating outing for our entire team to Neemrana on 14th of December 2019.
After an enriching year came to an end, we decided to relax in the lap of nature. Lots of team
building and stress releasing activities were planned by the team, which was followed by a DJ night.
Diwali – A festival that is linked to good triumph over evil and is the most awaited festival for Indians all across the world every year.It is celebrated with lighting diyas, distributing sweets and wishing good fortunes to near and dear ones. This festival brings great enthusiasm and energy throughout the country.
At IRIS-Corp, the spirit of Diwali celebration turned out to be colorful and everyone enjoyed each moment of the celebration organised. The entireIRIS-Corp office and workstations were decoratedwith flowers and colorful pictures. The decoration was followed with the Rangoli competitionand some exciting games such as Tambola. To celebrate the spirit of the festivity each and every team member wore ethnic Attire, which had left a memorable sight. Food stalls were installed to add up taste in the celebration.It was visible that the bonding of the teammates had moved to a different level and it was giving a look of an extended family celebrating the true sprits of Diwali.

What better way to celebrate
Independence Day than with the inclusion of each and every IRIS-Corp member in an afternoon filled with fun
and remembrance of our history and those who toiled and persevered to free India from the shackles of
British colonization. We celebrated 73rd Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm and patriotic
fervor.
Everyone contributed to and participated in the event to make this occasion special and memorable.
It was our way to pay tribute to our freedom fighters and felicitate our Motherland. The office, decorated with balloons in the national colors and flags, created the right ambience that captured the essence of Independence Day. IRIS-Corp members too donned the national colors. They danced to the tune of patriotic songs in tribute to our soldiers who make immense sacrifices to keep us safe and secure. The celebration encompassed nationalistic belief, celebrated an important milestone in India’s history, helped appreciate our independence, remembered those whose sacrifices and vision brought us our freedom, and felicitated those who valiantly protect it.
IRIS-Corp had Splendorous New Year Celebration on 2nd January, 2019 at Pirates of Grill, Gurgaon. It started with round table discussion about our achievements in 2018 and our expectations and objectives in 2019. IRIS-Corp members showcased their talent by singing and playing innovative games. Gifts were distributed and and everyone had a great lunch with IRIS-Corp family.
IRIS-Corp believes in the credo of women empowerment. The same was on display during the celebration on 8th March, 2019.Each woman member of IRIS-Corp was felicitated. Our director, Mr. Sanjay Kapoor, distributed gifts to women employees and conveyed the message “Success doesn’t come easy and women never give up”.
IRIS-Corp invited ‘OMEGA MONEY MANAGES LLP’, One-Stop Financial Solutions Providers to our Gurgaon office on 16th March, 2019 to advice IRIS-Corp members on the different forms of financial investments and help them take prudent and well informed decisions regarding investment of their hard earned money.
For IRIS-Corp members whose birthdays fell in the months of February and March, a collective celebration was held in the office premises on 16th March, 2019. The short program included cutting a cake and giving birthday gifts. New IRIS-Corp members joined in the festivities and got a chance to meet their co-workers. New joinees introduced themselves and shared their experiences and hobbies.
On the occasion of World Health Week on 5th April, IRIS-Corp members attended an
awareness session
organized by American Heart Association - Family and Friends CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) - an
emergency
procedure that combines chest compressions often with artificial ventilation in an effort to manually
preserve intact brain function until further measures are taken to restore spontaneous blood circulation
and breathing in a person who is in cardiac arrest. CPR is one of the most effective procedures
Participants learned that First Aid in case of cardiac arrest is divided into five steps:
The training session was not just theoretical. Participants practiced CPR on life-size dummies under the
guidance of the trainer. This helped learn the correct technique, become familiar with the procedure, and
build confidence.
At the end of the training, each participant was given a certificate.

IRIS-Corp endeavors to ensure

employees have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. Sexual harassment at work place or other
than work place is a grave offence and is, therefore, punishable as per the prevailing law of land.
IRIS-Corp organized a session on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at workplace. It invited Ms.
Sanjogita, Planning Manager of NGO-Bal Vikas Dhara to impart training to employees on 18 May, 2019.
Our Internal Committee Members viz. Ms. Sushma Kapoor (Manager - Accounts, Finance & HR), Mr. Krishan
Karthik (Advocate), Ms. Mamta Yadav, and Ms. Rashmi supported Ms. Sanjogita in explaining the objective and
scope of POSH at workplace.
Committee introduced the employees of IRIS-Corp to the provisions of
Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 and
how to deal with such cases as and
when reported by the aggrieved employee.
Committee explained the enquiry process and gave information
on actions taken in such situations.
